Position Summary:

The Large Program Delivery Assurance Lead is the factory-level execution owner for complex, high-visibility product lines supporting critical data center infrastructure. This role is accountable for ensuring that assigned builds are delivered on time, in full, and to exact configuration — helping to ensure that every unit meets quality standards and is ready for customer shipment in alignment with committed schedules.

Serving as the vital link between program strategy and shop-floor execution, the Delivery Assurance Lead drives daily performance across operations, materials, quality, and test. This role brings structure, urgency, and clarity to the production environment—proactively identifying risks, removing barriers, and ensuring the manufacturing line consistently performs to plan.
