Delievry Manager - US/UK/Middle East Payroll
Must-Have**
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 15+ years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing,
and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or
similar preferred)
β’ Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro
β’ US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure
β’ Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM,
Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions)
β’ Experience in overseeing a mid-size payroll operations, ensuring
compliance with laws and regulations while managing a team to
deliver accurate and timely payroll processing.
β’ Payroll implementation exposure
β’ Transition exposure
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers
engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
