Defect Management Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented defect management coordinator to support the defect rectification and punch list management for our construction projects. Reporting to the Defect Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating defect identification, tracking, contractor follow-up, and documentation across all disciplines to ensure works are completed in compliance with specifications and are ready for commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Defect Identification & Tracking
• Assist in conducting regular defect inspections during the construction and commissioning phases.
