Manage custom declaration and custom clearance process is smooth. Ensuring all customs documentation is accurate, compliance and operational efficiency. Investigate and resolve issues that arise in custom processes. Build customs knowledge and capabilities across the company. Understanding of import export regulations, trade requirements and customs tariff code.

Responsibilities

• Declaration of custom form preparation for airfreight, K1, K8 and ZB. Especially FRDM shipment and draft (DDU). Make sure the document is accurate and follow up the custom requirement such as SIRIM, PRESCRIPTION DOCTOR, MDA, NOT (notification Note), MSDS, FOSIM permit, LMW, MIDA, CCO and SST exemption.
• Read and reply emails from clearance team and follow up the batch paid from customer.
• Submit EPAM manifest if colleague is on annual leave or medical leave.
