**Job Title: Deburring Technician**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Deburring Technician to join our team for the weekend shift, working Friday through Sunday from 6am to 6:30pm.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate grinding and related tools to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or finish or polish metal work pieces.
+ Mount and position tools in machine chucks, spindles, or other tool holding devices using hand tools.
+ Inspect or measure finished work pieces to determine conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as gauges or micrometers.
+ Activate machine start-up switches to grind, lap, deburr, shear, or cut work pieces according to specifications.
+ Lift and position work pieces manually and secure them in hoppers or on machine tables, faceplates, or chucks using clamps.
+ Measure work pieces and lay out work using precision measuring devices.
