Overview


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deburrer to join our team in Poole, Dorset. This role involves working with high-quality CNC machined components, ensuring they meet the exacting standards required for aerospace applications. If you have a strong background in deburring and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities


As a Deburrer, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Deburring external surfaces and edges of CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts.
  • Handling internal cross drilling and internal/external threads of aircraft components.
  • Utilizing hand tools and air tools to meet customer drawing specifications.
  • Performing final part marking and ensuring all components meet quality standards.
  • Understanding and applying aerospace deburring techniques.
  • Working with a variety of materials to achieve precise results...
