The Debtors Clerk plays a crucial role in managing the full debtors’ function by ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and maintaining healthy customer relationships to support cash flow and working capital. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with other team members.

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure invoices are processed as per billing file, accurately and on time.
• Ensure credit notes are processed after required approvals have been obtained.
• Ensure timeously & accurate processing of cashbook on a weekly basis.
• Ensure debtors are collected within in the required DSO days (45 days)
• Ensure statements are sent out monthly after the billing file is complete.
