Role Overview The Debtors Clerk will play a pivotal role with assisting the Operational Team by providing full debtors support in order to ensure effective and efficient financial operations at the Depot.
Key Responsibilities Debtors Administration
Handle the full debtors duties.
Capturing invoices, matching it with a PO raised by someone else. Also creating PO's on Ad-hoc stuff themselves.
Ensuring statements received from Vendors in order to do a full reconciliation.
Loading payment.
Follow up on invoices/credit notes not received.
Follow up on Vendor's with outstanding balances
Assisting with queries.
