Job Description
Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria:
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in Debt Collections (essential)
- Valid Drivers License (essential)
- A multilingual person will be advantageous
- Experience dealing with government departments and SOEs advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy and administrative ability
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Following up on outstanding accounts and overdue payments
- Liaising with clients regarding account queries and payment arrangements
- Conducting onsite visits where required
- Preparing collection reports and maintaining accurate records
