Position Purpose

The Dean of the Health Professions Division provides strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the college’s nursing program and other health professions within the context of a liberal arts education. The Dean is responsible for advancing excellence in teaching, student success, program development, accreditation, faculty leadership, and community partnerships.

The Dean works collaboratively with faculty, academic leadership, healthcare partners, and community organizations to prepare graduates who are clinically competent, culturally responsive, and prepared for patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
