PwC Spain is the top financial advisor for M&A deals in Spain and is seeking a Manager to join the SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) Financial Advisor Team based in Madrid. The SPA team is part of PwC's Transaction Services practice within the PwC's Deals solution. We have advised on over 200 deals in the past five years, representing corporate and private equity clients. Our deep market understanding enables us to demonstrate value to our clients. The SPA team offers financial services globally, with a growing team in Spain that is part of an international network. This provides opportunities for secondments in the mid-term.

Service Offering and Responsibilities
