This role is responsible for implementing the network strategy managing dealer performance and ensuring alignment with corporate standards to support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Identify target regions and opportunities for new dealer appointments
• Lead market studies and feasibility analyses to support network growth
• Oversee the end-to-end dealer appointment process including selection evaluation and contract negotiations

• Monitor and evaluate dealer KPIs (sales service CSI facility standards)
• Develop corrective action plans for underperforming dealers
