Role Purpose
The Deal Manager is responsible for owning and managing the full lifecycle of purchase order and invoice discounting deals. This includes overseeing processes from initial client engagement to deal closure, coordinating with internal teams, and managing stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. The role requires strong leadership in managing multiple deals simultaneously, evaluating risks, and driving operational excellence across all deal processes. Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee deals end-to-end, ensuring all processes are followed and completed accurately.
Take accountability for the full deal lifecycle, from client onboarding through to payment and closure.
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing clients, including upselling opportunities.
Conduct structured handovers of pending clients to maintain continuity and service excellence.
