Introduction A Business Broker, based in Lynnwood, Pretoria East is looking for a Deal Flow & Operations Assistant. The role is focused on supporting a business brokerage with lead generation, deal flow management, and administrative support. Duties & Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying potential businesses to approach for sale mandates
• Building and maintaining a structured lead database
• Conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Managing a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and active deals
• Preparing and sending NDAs, information packs, and teasers
• Assisting with data room management (Google Drive)
• Responding to buyer enquiries and pre-screening prospects
• Scheduling meetings and tracking outstanding information
