Responsibilities

• Managing mailbox and ServiceNow tickets
• Customer service via email and ticketing system
• Handling critical processes for US payroll and payroll tax
• First point of contact for the onshore team on all payroll and tax related requests
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting

Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience
• At least 1 year of US payroll or US payroll tax experience
