Workdays can be a challenge at times, however, with a pace slower than a hospital setting and the ability to work with people on a long-term basis, Open Sky LPN's are provided a unique opportunity for those who are looking for a clinically based, supportive and nurturing role.
The Licensed Practical Nurse works in close collaboration with the Registered Nurse to ensure the medical needs of people supported are met. This position involves acting as a liaison between the program and other stakeholders, including family members and other medical providers. This is a 20-hour position which will be assigned to two residential programs in Northbridge and Uxbridge.
