Job Description
We're looking for Data Center Technicians to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. A typical day in this role includes troubleshooting and repairing servers with hardware and network issues. The main responsibilities of the position involves hardware diagnostic and replacement of failed components. The Technician will be responsible for utilizing a ticketing system to perform incident management of servers and networking equipment, including project work and capacity management.

• Troubleshoot servers, on your feet a lot, hands on position where you are fixing things
• Looking for entry level IT professionals
• Look for experience that is similar to desktop support roles (technicians)
