Step into a vital role at DCM as a Bilingual Human Resources Labour Relations Business Partner. This hybrid position thrives on improving labour relations and ensuring compliance across Quebec.
As a full-time permanent member of our team, you will support all labour relations facets within a unionized setting. Responsibilities include interpreting collective bargaining agreements and implementing workplace initiatives that align with business goals. You'll lead investigations into grievances and act as a liaison for effective communication between union representatives and management.
