1.Experiencein working for L1 and L1.5 Windows Monitoring and Support projects.

2.Experiencein working with Data Center and infrastructure monitoring activities.

3.Basictroubleshooting knowledge on Windows, Linux, Network and Database ServersEnvironments.

4.BasicNetwork devices troubleshooting skills and should know terminology (Router Switch,Repeater VLAN)

5.Experiencein application monitoring – perform wellness checks and service validations.

6.Experiencein supporting the Data Center monitoring activities.

7.IncidentManagement (Handling Tickets)

8.Create/UpdateProcess and Technical documentations.

9.Project support willing to work in 24 x 7, Rotational shiftwhich covers weekend shift also.

10.Should have good knowledge andtechnical skills on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

11.Good communications skills (Verbaland Written)
