**Job Description**
This role focuses on structural welding and fitting of very large poles used for street lighting and traffic control. You will work with heavy material in a heavy manufacturing environment, performing high-quality welds and precise fitting while meeting safety and production standards on the day shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural welding and fitting on very large poles used for street lighting and traffic control applications.
+ Work with large structural components and heavy material in a heavy manufacturing environment.
+ Use metalcore and flux core welding processes to complete welds according to specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, layout, and weld requirements.
+ Set up workpieces and fixtures to ensure accurate fit-up prior to welding.
