Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Day Fitter to join our engineering team at Arriva.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our bus fleet safe, reliable, and ready for service by carrying out planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

What you’ll be doing
Carrying out routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and servicing on buses
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Working on key vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension
Completing repairs and component replacements using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment
Preparing vehicles for MOT and regulatory inspections, including pre-MOT checks
