Employment Opportunity: Day Camp Supervisor (Summer Job)

Location: Halifax, NS

Salary Range: $21.00 per hour

Employment Term: 10 weeks, June 2026 – August 2026 (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:00 pm, 40 hours per week)

General Description

Mi’kmaw Native Friendship Centre is centrally located in the urban Indigenous community of Halifax and is looking for One (1) Day Camp Supervisor. The Day Camp Supervisor will be responsible for providing daily supervision of camp counsellors and campers, while implementing the summer camp program. We are looking for someone who loves working with children and would enthusiastically work to ensure children have the best possible experience in our programs. This is a designated position for applicants with Indigenous ancestry.
