Program Leadership

• Lead the development and implementation of camp activities, coordinating the schedule
• Provide direct leadership of daily camp operations and assist with various camp activities including Bible lessons, arts & crafts, music, sports and games
• Oversee engagement of volunteers and their activities
• Observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, and address issues where possible
• Chaperone children on field trips
• Encourage respect for personal property, camp equipment, and facilities
• Ensure the health and safety of all children
• Create and implement a 6‑week Day Camp program for children aged 5‑11; overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the camp
• Works with the Damp Camp Workers in planning and implementing camp
