Databricks Workspace Administrator & Platform Specialist

The Opportunity: Enable AI & Analytics at Scale

We are partnering with an established business in Cape Town looking for a hands‑on Databricks Workspace Administrator to own, govern, and scale their platform. This position sits at the intersection of platform engineering, governance, and tenant enablement.

In this role, you will act as the technical enabler—structuring workspaces so internal data science, analytics, and GenAI teams can onboard seamlessly and run workloads safely. You will engage directly with multiple tenant teams to understand their use cases and recommend optimal workspace and access patterns.

The Package: Up to R75K per month + Cape Town hybrid model.
