Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Database Specialist Solution Architect to join the India WWSO Specialists team and help customers modernize their database estates on AWS. In this role, you will be the hands-on technical expert who works directly with customers to plan, design, and execute database migrations - moving workloads from commercial databases like Oracle and SQL Server to AWS purpose-built databases including Amazon Aurora, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon RDS.

You will engage across the full migration lifecycle: from discovery and schema assessment through proof-of-concept validation and production cutover planning. This is a deeply technical, customer-facing role for someone who thrives on solving complex database challenges and enabling customers to achieve better performance, scalability, and cost efficiency on AWS.
