Develop MG Remarketing platform to manage sales of used cars to B2B channel in MG Remarketing Spain
Manage buy back defleeting with Rent a Car companies:
Organize remarketing suppliers for compound check-in, appraisals, repairs, etc.
Prepare ready for sale.
Follow remarketing process to prepare vehicles for sale with minimum resources and best time to sale
Control of live fleet in all status, assist in fleet audits.
Assist in preparing weekly auctions and sales in the selling platform including price setting process.
Prepare customized sales for specific customers (MG dealers)
Prepare actions to promote sales and achieve targets
