Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in CRM operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Good understanding of Salesforce Trailblazer
- Experience managing B2B databases and CRM processes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Prior exposure to events, media, or marketing industry is preferred
