SUMMARY

Performs a variety of customer service and administrative tasks requiring thorough knowledge of office systems and procedures, including customer contact, data entry, typing, word processing, office machine operation, and filing. 

Assists in the fulfillment of the organization's vision. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases.

Reads, understands, and effectively implements computer program user manual instructions, accurately follows data entry procedures and supervisor’s instructions.

Accurately enters data from documents and forms; and verifies accurate data output on computer printouts ( reports, etc.).

Maintains customer and delivery data to interface with operations.

Keeps tallies, totals items and balances totals.

Collaborates with Finance Department on a regular basis to deliver and process data in response to inquiries, issues...
