Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Quality Senior Supervisor
**Band:** Senior Band 3
**Location:** Bangalore
**Reports To:** Data Enablement Manager
**Direct Reports:** Data Integration Developers, Quality Auditors – Provider Data Quality, Provider Data Admin Assistants
**Role Summary**
The Senior Band 3 Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day leadership, performance management, and delivery of Data Quality outcomes across the Data Enablement function within International Health Delivery Services (IHDS). This role provides operational leadership across multiple specialised roles, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely maintenance of provider data across core platforms including PRM, PIMS, Globalcare, Actisure, Mainframe and Diamond.
