This role will support the organisation in an evolving regulatory environment, hold to regulatory redlines in all aspects of personal data processing and strategise the evolution of data protection controls in an AI driven future.

• Build on the existing compliance framework, identify key risk areas and strengthen business processes to ensure compliance
• Align with key business drivers, recommend practical solutions to ensure business growth in a compliant manner
• Develop an industry network and develop thought leadership in the field of personal data protection and AI risk governance

• Maintain and improve the Group’s data protection compliance program, leveraging AI and other in‑house technology capabilities
