• Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
• Receiving and sorting incoming mail and managing outgoing mail.
• Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance mail and document management processes for increased efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned by management
