Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strong understanding of the benefits of using data feeds to our customers. 
  • Outreach to customers who are underutilizing data feeds.
  • Increase data feeds usage and overall knowledge/experience of the customer. 
  • Master complexities of the commercial real estate business and competitor behavior to engage in value-added conversations with customers.
  • Recommend different and/or additional features or services for assigned accounts to ensure best value for customer.
  • Meet with customers to review feed quality, onboard new properties, verify accuracy of information being provided. 
  • Track detailed activities describing interactions with customers. 
  • Use customer service skills to put customers at ease and provide exhaustive and comprehensive troubleshooting of the data feeds process before escalation.
