Job Description
Strategy & Planning
‣ Define and own the end-to-end Data Migration Strategy, including scope, approach, tooling, timeline and resource plan aligned to the overall programme schedule.
‣ Conduct legacy system assessment and data landscape analysis to identify volumes, complexity, data quality gaps and migration risk.
‣ Establish the Data Migration Governance Framework, including RACI, escalation paths, data sign-off protocols and cutover decision gates.
‣ Develop and maintain the Migration Project Plan (MPP), tracking progress against key milestones including mock migrations and dress rehearsals.
‣ Define data retention, archiving and disposal policies for historical records not migrated into Oracle HCM Cloud.
Design & Architecture
‣ Lead data mapping workshops with HR, Payroll and IT SMEs to produce comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents covering all HCM data objects (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll Balances, Pos...
