Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor — Position Overview: This job profile is for an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Senior Developer, Band 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert content and professional leadership on complex AEP and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementation projects. Exercise creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering digital analytics solutions. Use deep professional knowledge to advise functional leaders and product teams. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform and digital analytics engineering.

• Configure and implement Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for new and existing Evernorth, Cigna, and Health Services digital properties.

• Capture customer tracking information to build and monitor KPIs, including customer acquisition and retention.
