Research and map TV programming information within Gracenote’s database. Create and maintain accurate TV database information for timely use in all products.

Responsibilities

Edits and maintains information for Japanese TV / Video on Demand catalogs within Gracenote database.

Compares external program information provided by sources with internal databases and assigns IDs and related metadata to Japanese TV content correctly within Gracenote’s system.

Researches and creates database records for new Japanese series episodes as needed.

Adheres to local editorial policies when entering data into Gracenote systems, ensuring all data is entered accurately and to correct standards. 

Provides feedback and recommends solutions to internal teams for operational improvements where possible. 

Communicates with and supports local and global teammates in completing mapping workloads and assigned tasks. .
