DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Data Manager located in Ontario, Canada.

Position Summary

The Data Manager role is responsible for data governance, data quality and supporting the commercial organization analytics needs across the DS business. The role owns the data foundation for local customer experience management system experiences or workstreams, works closely with contract, pricing, compensation, sales and marketing functions to meet analytic needs, and represents Canada in different global data teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce data governance policies including collection and storage procedures; represent Canada in global data solution initiatives.
• Own cross‑business‑unit commercial systems such as Contracting, Compensation, SAP, and integrate them into data lakes and CRM/CXM platforms to enable analytics ranging from descriptive to prescriptive.
