JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Data Management Specialist is responsible for performing general data management procedures for the farms including recordkeeping and providing accurate data and reports for the farms. The position is also responsible for the entry of data in the farm’s systems and databases including the extraction and analysis of system reports.

The Data Management Specialist also facilitates the monitoring and restocking of farm supplies, feeds and other required resources of the farms.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures that farm data are collected in a timely manner.

2. Ensures that farm data are complete and accurately recorded.

3. Ensures proper recordkeeping and organization of farm records to ensure data preservation, accessibility and security.
