This role will be part of our Data Infrastructure Legal team—a global team with colleagues in Los Angeles, London, Dublin, Beijing and São Paulo. The team supports ByteDance’s global digital infrastructure expansion outside China, enabling colleagues with integrated, business‑oriented legal guidance. As the business continues to grow rapidly, we need exceptional legal support for projects such as data centre development.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, procurement and technology contracts such as software licences, SaaS agreements, development contracts, consultancy, outsourcing and other service agreements, and cloud‑based service model agreements.
• Draft and negotiate contractual documentation related to the establishment and delivery of purpose‑built data centres.
