About us

The team is responsible for engaging and supporting students from under-represented students to progress to university particularly to Bath to achieve goals set out in the University's Access and Participation Plan. The team is well established and passionate about supporting students and are a fairly informal group. Due to the nature of the work there is flexibility with working times, much of the work is structured around the school day so many events happen in the afternoons, evenings or weekends.
