We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our sales and marketing operations.

• Create and update furniture product listings on online platforms and marketplaces
• Enter, organize, and maintain customer and lead data from various platforms
• Update CRM and sales records accurately
• Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to verify requirements and schedule follow-ups
• Follow up with inquiries received through website, social media, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Prepare quotations and basic sales documentation when required
• Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy
• Generate daily and weekly lead and sales activity reports
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
