**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Communication & Coordination**

+ Communicate with vendors using Microsoft Outlook regarding scheduling, updates, and issue resolution
+ Coordinate move logistics and track progress via email correspondence
+ Maintain clear, professional communication with external partners

**Data Management & Entry**

+ Accurately input and update data in Excel spreadsheets
