Edison Smart is partnered with an Abu Dhabi-based digital bank & we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their data team and take full ownership of designing, building and scaling data infrastructure from the ground up.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable, production-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Develop and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in a regulated financial environment
• Own pipeline reliability, monitoring, and incident response

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of data engineering experience
• Mandatory: hands-on experience in banking or fintech - domain knowledge is essential!
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
