Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Engineer with strong Databricks and SQL experience to support data pipelines, reporting, and system integrations. This role will focus on improving existing data processes, troubleshooting performance issues, and helping teams better understand where data is coming from across systems (including SAP). Ideal candidate has experience in large enterprise environments; aerospace/manufacturing background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work within existing data pipelines to support and improve data flow, integrations, and reporting
- Analyze and optimize SQL queries; troubleshoot performance issues and clean up inefficient queries
- Identify where data is sourced from and support report/data ownership troubleshooting
- Partner with Digital Technology (DT) teams to ensure proper pipeline usage and data integration approaches
