Responsibilities

• Point of contact with spare parts suppliers: negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and reporting
• Direct contact with teams and clients: spare parts sales both on and off track
• Inventory management: warehouse and truck stock control, from goods reception to storage
• Logistics and administration: deliveries, customs procedures, and invoicing
• Preparation and maintenance of catalogues, manuals, and related documentation
