Position: Data Centre Technician ( No interviews Required)

Location: Kulai, Johor

Salary: RM7,000 – RM 11,000

Contract: 12 Months Contract (6 months + 6 months)

Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotational Shift (Day & Night)

Responsibilities

• Support Data Centre operations in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Perform hardware break/fix activities and component replacements (e.g., hard drives, DIMMs, server components).
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, storage, and software application issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and support production server hardware and software.
• Assist with server operating system upgrades, patching, and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and basic switch‑related problems.
• Replace and configure failed hardware components when required.
