We are hiring for an Investment Associate to look at Data Centre investments.

This is an execution-heavy role embedded within a lean, high-conviction investment team, with direct exposure to the leadership team and live platform decisions across the full deal lifecycle — from initial screening and financial modelling through to transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for new data centre opportunities, monitoring project assumptions, capex, returns, and key development milestones
• Prepare investment papers, presentation materials, and internal approval documents for new opportunities and pipeline asset
• Support deal execution including data room review, document coordination, and stakeholder follow-up across advisors, counterparties, and partners
• Support external engagement with advisors, counterparties, and potential partners where needed
