As a Data Center Recruiter, you will:Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals. Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns. Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs. Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
