**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of Mechanical/HVAC experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
+ Experience with Mechanical Maintenance, Mechanical Infrastructure Systems, Mechanical Testing, Mechanical Contractors, Chillers, Electric Motors, Pump Systems, and Cooling Systems.
+ Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs of equipment, the required use of OSHA standard safety equipment such as...
