About the role:

As a Data Business Analyst , you will make an impact by enabling data-driven decision-making across insurance operations through analysis, insights, and quality assurance. You will be a valued member of the data and analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders including underwriters, actuaries, claims teams, and technology partners.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze insurance data (claims, policies, customer behavior) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
• Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Lead and execute testing strategies (system, integration, regression, UAT) to ensure data and application quality
• Drive data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives across insurance platforms
