Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality reporting and insights across all Kernow Health CIC services and system partners within Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly. The postholder will play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and related technologies to support clinical, operational, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation and system partners, you will help improve service performance and patient outcomes. This role is primarily focused on data analysis and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to wider digital and IT initiatives as part of a collaborative team.

Location and Hours

Hybrid – Minimum of three days a week at Cudmore House and home working. 30 – 37.5 hours per week. Permanent contract.
